Maurice Cotton - Athletic Director
Maurice Cotton is a native of Omaha. He is a graduate of Omaha Central High School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication at Creighton University. Maurice has over 15 years of experience working with children. As Program Director at the Mid-America Council, Boy Scouts of America, Maurice received great experience working with OPS after-school programs and OPS staff. Maurice is also an Assistant Scoutmaster at troop #362. Prior to scouting Maurice had the privilege of working with the late, great Dr. Joe Edmonson at the Edmonson Youth Outreach Y.M.C.A., where he was a Director of the radio and broadcast journalism program as well Coordinator for after-school programming. Maurice enjoys cooking barbeque as well as well spending time with family and friends!
