Maria Pangelinan - Paraeducator

Maria was raised in Bellevue, Nebraska. She graduated from Bellevue West High School and is currently attending Metropolitan Community College. 

After frequent visits to Nelson Mandela, she grew a passion for being an additional help to the scholars’ success. The team at Nelson Mandela is such a strong community of leaders who care. She says. “I am excited to be a part of this upcoming year as a para educator. I believe in the quote by Nelson Mandela ‘There can be no keener revelation of a society's soul than the way in which it treats its children.’”
