Veronica Courter - Human Resources
Veronica supports teachers and staff so they can focus on what matters most—our scholars. She oversees hiring, employee support, and HR processes, and is always available to answer questions or help team members navigate their professional journey. Veronica earned her bachelor's degree in human resources management from the University of Arkansas - Grantham and has worked in Human Resources for 8 years. Veronica, originally from St. Joseph, Missouri, relocated to Omaha in 2020 and has worked with the Mandela team since 2022. She splits her time between Nelson Mandela, the Lozier Foundation, Lozier Enterprise, and NewStreet Properties.
Veronica has 3 children and 3 dogs that keep her busy outside of work. When she's not chasing her children to softball and lacrosse games, she enjoys reading, being outside, exploring downtown Omaha, and Chiefs football!
