Riannon Bell - Kitchen Manager

Riannon Bell is an Omaha native that grew-up in the Ponca Hills area. She attended St. Phillip Neri, through 8th grade and OPS North High Magnet School. Riannon started her culinary career in 1998 studying various cuisines including American Southwestern, Creole Cajun, French and Greek Mediterranean. She used her skills to start a career at Omaha Public Schools in 2007 as a kitchen assistant and became certified by the National Restaurant Association in ServSafe training.

Riannon transitioned to a traveling manager position assisting the central kitchen which distributes lunches to seven other OPS satellite kitchens. Riannon took a short hiatus in 2014 when she had her second son. She is an advocate for organic and locally sourced foods. Thanks to the Lozier Foundation, Riannon has the opportunity to use her collective culinary talents to serve the students of Nelson Mandela Elementary School.
