Sam Perkins - Violin Teacher

Sam Perkins is a professional violinist within the community and an instructor for the Omaha Conservatory of Music’s String Sprouts program.  She has worked with OCoM for the past nine years and taught music lessons privately through her own studio for sixteen years. 

Ms. Perkins has played in the orchestras for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Michael Buble, Disturbed, Rod Stewart, and several shows at the Rose Theatre and other community theatres in the area. She graduated from University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance specializing in Music Technology. Her playing crosses a wide variety of styles and her favorite thing to do is collaborate with others and make music and moments special for everyone.
